Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order for pop-up events. Catering orders may require a deposit.

Order Cutoff & Pickup

Each pop-up event has a specific order cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff cannot be guaranteed. Please pick up your order during the designated pickup window. Orders not picked up within the window may be forfeited without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations requested before the order cutoff time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the cutoff or no-shows are not eligible for refunds. For catering cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Catering Services

Catering quotes are valid for 14 days. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Final guest counts and menu selections are typically required 7 days before the event. Specific terms will be provided with your catering agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Smokey Rob's Jerk Spot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
